Thank you for visiting and shopping at KEIKI kapz. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

KEIKI kapz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

KEIKI kapz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not accept returns, but we will allow a change in size. We have a 14-day size change policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a change. 

To be eligible for a size change, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a size change, you can contact us at keikikapzhawaii@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 901423 Kula, HI 96790 

If your size change is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a size change will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us.
